Shop Policies

Returns and exchanges: I accept returns or exchanges if you contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or refunds for made to order items, custom orders, reserves, layaways, or personalized items, including deposits for unclaimed items.

I cannot refund items that have been confirmed delivered unless provided with confirmation from the postal service that the delivery confirmation is an error. Please note that the best way to retrieve a missing package is to contact your local post office with the tracking number provided.

Shipping: All items will be shipped via USPS. I am typically able to ship the next business day, but may take 2-3 business days depending on my schedule, inventory, and shipping supplies. I will always do my best to ship orders as soon as possible.

Custom orders and made to order listings will take approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on whether or not I need to order supplies to complete the order. I always do my best to get items out quickly.

All of my items are shipped with tracking, Priority Mail upgrades are available.

As of right now, I am ONLY accepting orders from within the U.S. due to challenges with international customs regulations that either prohibit or place heavy restrictions on the import of silver and precious stones.

Modifications: I am typically not able to make any modifications to items that are already made including changes to designs, ring sizing, or other modifications due to potential damage to the item.
